In June of 2006, The Mountain Goats toured the Pacific Coast. The tour included one Canadian date in Vancouver, and six American dates in Washington, Oregon, and California. The touring lineup was John Darnielle on vocals and guitar and Peter Hughes on bass.
Barbara Morgenstern was the opening act for all shows except for Vancouver, which was Cloudsplitter. Kimya Dawson opened as a third act for the Seattle show.
